Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of myvue.click and related dashboard services (the "Service"), operated by MyVue Click ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You need an account to create and manage a public profile page. Account creation and sign-in are handled by Clerk, our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the profile content you add, including display names, bios, avatars, and links. By publishing content through the Service, you give us permission to host, display, transmit, and process that content as needed to operate the Service. Public profile pages are public by design and may be indexed, cached, screenshotted, or archived by third parties outside our control.

3. Links and external destinations

The Service lets you publish links to external websites that we do not own or control. You are responsible for the destinations you add. A link marked as exclusive or gated in the dashboard is a visual label only; the Service does not provide fan payments, creator payouts, or access control for external destinations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Link to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, scams, or deceptive destinations
  • Impersonate another person, brand, or entity without authorization
  • Violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
  • Harass, exploit, threaten, abuse, or harm another person
  • Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or operational controls

We may suspend or terminate profiles or accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, security, or platform risk for the Service.

5. Paid plans and billing

Paid SaaS plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing page. Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period shown in your dashboard.

6. Privacy and analytics

We collect and process account, profile, billing, pageview, and click analytics data as described in our Privacy Policy. We hash visitor IP addresses before storing click and pageview analytics. We do not sell personal information.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
